Beauty all around

There is this saying I have heard “There is beauty all around when there is love at home”. These two beautiful girls are prefect to describe what saying. They come from a military family background; they have 3 other sisters and one gorgeous mother.

I enjoy talking and getting to know a bit about each person I have the honor to photograph. These girls have such high goals in life and that amazes me. They are so well rounded and involved in school functions and they adore they father & mother. Yes some would say daddy has his hands full with 5 very radiant girls, but if you meet them you would know they are daddy’s girls and have such respect for their parents.

Look out world Beauty comes from the home where love is the strongest bond!

Body Art

David Allio said it best “Naked is a human commodity. Nudity is God’s art.” Many may not agree because they don’t want to see everyone in their birthday suits, but I find comfortable with in our own skin and outer skin is a way to love ourselves. I am not saying we all need to run around in the nude but appreciate ourselves for the gift we wake up in. To love ourselves!
Last night I had an issue with one of my images on Facebook, it was taken down and it didn’t meet Facebooks standards. Basically I either offend someone or offended Mark, either way I personally saw no harm in a man’s body as art in showing his tushy.. lol So here is some images from my shoot.

Sweet Dreams

A new baby that is welcomed into this world is like the beginning of all things, hope and endless dream of possibilities.  Baby Anthony is just one sweet loving military baby & handsome too.

Like you to meet the beautiful model Ms. Jen! She is one sweet soul and full of life. She is a cheerleader, works hard, and trying to get your career going. I love my passion, I love how it allows me to meet new people and new friends. :)

Miss you like Crazy

In this imperfect world there are many challenges that we all will have to face. As a military spouse we have to face the possibilities that our spouse will be deployed during the more amazing experience all parents team up to do.
The birth of your child is one of the most thrilling and emotional experiences one will have in their life. Milestones like these truly only make parents stronger and that arrival home much sweeter.
I would like you to meet Chelsea, she is by far the sweeties gal you will meet and she is absolutely amazing to be around. Her husband Gary is a Proud Marine and deployed! They keep in touch, they video chat and she keeps him updated on their baby girl Presley’s progress. Gary is one proud daddy that is for sure. Not only is he proud, he truly loves his wife who is home going through this amazing experience solo. But deep down, part of me likes to think he is there experience it too, through her expressions of story. J

Swanson Family

Loving my job is the greatest fulfillment I have had in a long time {career wise}. Being able to meet my client’s hopes in a photograph is pure joy for me. When I hear them tell me how happy they are and to see my work displayed on their walls does send this gal into a bit of tears {Happy tears}. God is really guiding me each step of the way!
I had the pleasure of photographing the Swanson family, this very fun and outgoing family. Their 3 amazing and very delightful children completely can bring you laugh, they are just awesome like that. Mr. & Mrs. Swanson is a match made in heaven; you can see how much Josh loves Holly and seeing them where like seeing a couple dating for the first time. J All that cute lovely stuff we all like seeing in a happy couple!
Thank you Swanson family for allowing me to capture your day, it is and always be an honor to have that privilege to capture your moments.
Here is a little cuteness from Husband to wife:

Holly Swanson I love you and looking at those pictures made me realize even more how lucky I am to have the best family in the world and to have such a gorgeous wife who puts up with a lot from me from time to time but I want you to know how much I love and miss you.
Josh Swanson

Now that is endless love!

Baby Pearls

That cute and lavish saying “Diamonds and Pearls are a girl’s best friend”. When setting up to shoot my beautiful niece, she totally took us by surprise when she grabbed for those fancy pearls. Yes she knows what she wants already lol. Little girls are surely made of cinnamon, sugar and rainbow sprinkles. They dance in snowflakes and dance their way into our hearts, with twirls in their ballerina shoes and glitter in their hair.

That’s what little girls are made of J

Coming Soon

It has been a long time waiting for me; I am finally in the works of building my website. My husband has been my technically guru & getting everything in order. From the links, to the color’s, the images, the correct spelling/grammar (lord knows I am a fail at thatJ) & getting my email set up for it. I am so excited & nervous at the same time.

Plus my husband has done some really amazing things since the New Year that has my faith in everything stronger than before. In about less than 2 weeks, I will be getting an upgraded camera from what I have now. A camera more compatible for the skills I have developed & allowing me to do more than what I have. Plus a few added goodies to go with it, which I am so happy about. Lord has blessed me with a man who sees my dream as not only a dream but my work & passion. I simply get goose bumps when I take a picture & that’s all I want to do. It’s my happy place & kids self-jumping on the bed and all around expression.

But my site will be here soon!

We miss you

Special places in my heart for families facing deployments, that natural come with the job. But it doesn’t change that each family faces different circumstances, but all have one thing in common-daddy/mommy is deployed. I myself am a military wife, proud of my husband & proud to be his wife.  Number one thought that comes to my mind, are our little ones. Thinking of my own kids, how much they would miss daddy & even now always ask when daddy will come home or why daddy has to go to work. Those poor faces tug at my heart.
Here is one adorable little girl name Bella and her mommy, sending daddy some sweet love from home.
